Shuttle Buses

Buses will be picking up participants from Avalon Airport at 9am to transport to Deakin Universisty.

The bus company is Benders Busways.

For those participants who have no choice but to travel through Melbourne Airport, buses will be picking up participants at 9am.

Travel

We encourage participants to fly to Avalon airport in Geelong if possible.

Travel grants will be provided for participants to get to either Melbourne (Tullamarine) or Geelong (Avalon airport). Though we advice participants to fly directly to Avalon should the option be available.

Grant funding will be provided to the following limits from the listed locations:

Adelaide	$400
Brisbane	$400
Canberra	$300
Sydney	$300
Perth	$700

Accommodation

Suitable accommodation is provided for all ARNAM members participating in the workshop.

We will arrange accommodation for you at Deakin University - providing that this is indicated on your registration form.

Accommodation will be provided for the 4 nights of Monday 15th, Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th December ONLY. Note that Thursday is an optional day that may not be of interest to all attendees. If travelling from Perth accommodation may also be provided for Sunday 14th December if required.
