Registration

An administration fee of $77 (paid before the 14 May 2010 and $99 if paid between the 14th May and registration closing 18 June 2010) will apply.

This administration fee is an all inclusive fee whether attending the AFM workshop, ECR workshop and/or the ARNAM/ARCNN workshop.

This administration fee will cover printing costs for the book of abstracts, conference dinner and other items.

Please, fill in and fax the registration form with payment details NO LATER THAN 18 June 2010. The nominee will then receive an email confirming registration.
