Details of Costs
Please provide page/s of detailed summary of costs associated with research visit. Include estimates for travel (including flights, buses, trains etc), accommodation costs, food expenses and any registration costs for conferences associated with the research visit. Please include the monetary contribution from the home institution and visting institution, if applicable.

Funding Proposal
The funding proposal is a one page proposal addressing the following selection criteria:
· Significance and innovation of the research program to be conducted. Why is it important, what do you hope to learn?
· Please include details of the approach to the problem, why the collaborative visit is important for the research and why it would not occur without ARNAM support.
· Describe the expected outcomes of the collaborative research program.
· Indicate the importance of the collaborative visit to your career development.

CV
A one page CV including up to 10 research papers (if appropriate) published in the past three years, stating your research/career history, and the status of your current position (i.e. when you started and when you expect to finish).

Documentation of funding support
Documentation of other funding support.

Supporting documentation
Two letters of support are also essential:
· a strong supporting letter from your supervisor (include dates, purpose and home institution support).
· a letter from the principal of the collaborating group (include dates and purpose).

Successful applicants

Must acknowledge funding support from ARNAM and the ARC in any publication that results from the activity.

Must provide ARNAM with a short 1-2 page report of the outcomes of the activity within a month of completion.

Payment of funding support will be made as a reimbursement to the institution incurring the expenses. The institution is asked to issue a tax invoice to ARNAM and attach copies of the original invoices of costs incurred.
